- Description:
- The acoshsp function returns the inverse hyperbolic cosine function of a real floating-point argument a. For inputs smaller than 1 the return value is NaN (Not a Number).
- Parameters:

- Returns:
- Resultant float
- Special Cases:
- If a is greater than 3.402823e+38, the return value is 89.41599.
- If a is smaller than 1.0, the return value is 0, the real part of the answer.
- If a is NaN (Not a Number), the return value is NaN.
