Detailed Description

Used to observe the current data field, extracted by the protocol block from the last short packet data field and FSM state. It also indicates what data type and virtual channels were used for that short packet. This is primarily used during error condition debug. Since the data can come from asynchronous domains the data coherency cannot be relied upon.
