Buffer Preload Value can be either pre fixed(set by HW) or as programmed by SW. For valid values see CSL_DssVidPipePreloadControl

preloadVal

Buffer Preload Value when preload is SW controlled

bufLowThreshold

DMA buffer low threshold. Number of 128 bits defining the threshold value

Video DMA buffer high threshold. Number of 128 bits defining the Threshold value
